Menu

Pit beef of course.  We use only U.S.D.A. Choice top rounds of beef.  We slow cook the beef rounds for hours in a special oven that keeps the meat juicy.  Then we finish it in your yard over open flame to get the charcoal flavor.  This process insures your guests get a fresh, juicy, flavorful sandwich. The best (I promise).

Pit Roasted Turkey Breast (out of this world!)
Sweet Italian Sausage with peppers and onions (Roma’s sausage)
Your choice of two fresh, homemade salads
Fresh sweet corn or bbq baked beans
(may substitute for a third salad if desired)
Fresh baked bread and rolls
Heavyweight disposable service ware
All labor

Food service for two hours and then a self serve buffet is provided
We arrive approx. 2 hours prior to the requested serving time to prepare this feast.
