The Traditional Buffet
This buffet consists of two entrées and two sides, usually one potato or rice, and one vegetable, fresh rolls and butter and your choice of either a green salad or a classic Caesar salad

The Grand Buffet
Usually reserved for events with at least 100 guests. This buffet is an extravagant display. With four entrée selections and four side dishes, nobody will leave hungry. Also includes your choice of salad and fresh rolls with butter. Extensive use of floral décor and special lighting make this buffet truly special. Featuring a uniformed chef carving roast top round of beef au jus with béarnaise sauce and horseradish remoulade and breast of Maryland turkey with cranberry pecan relish.

Used with large groups, this buffet option offers an exciting difference from the traditional buffet. Scattered through the venue to facilitate moving and mingling of the guests, each station can represent a different theme such as a stroll through the nation visiting the varied food styles.
